MollumClear Delivery Policy

At MollumClear, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find all the details about how we handle delivery.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:

• New Zealand

• Australia

• United States

Processing Times
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is received. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Estimated Delivery Times

• New Zealand: 1-3 business days (via NZ Post)

• Australia: 5–14 business days

• USA: 7–14 business days

Please note: rural deliveries and public holidays may add extra time.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location. We offer flat-rate shipping within New Zealand and discounted rates for larger orders.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Delays or Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please email us at hello@mollscumclear.co.nz with your order number. We’ll look into it right away.

Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately. We can make changes before dispatch, but not after your order has shipped.
